From Abu Dhabi, Leading Change in Your Organization
During 2010 I had the opportunity to go to Abu Dhabi and attending a conference called "New Essentials for Leading Change in your Organization" . It was nice experience and had learned from Daniel Goleman and John Kotter. Individually, personally, senior manager, entrepreneur, member of an organization and ministry dream of a change. Some leadership do success and some do fail. Steve Jobs CEO of Apple succeed in establishing Apple and launched successful products such as iPad, iPhone and iPod. Bill Gates CEO of Microsoft established the company and launched many successful operating systems and softwares. In the middle east, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid made Dubai one of the most popular cities in the world and very successful city in the middle east and world wide.
